Meet The Team
Remembering Helen
Helen Stapper, founder and principal designer, started the company 25 years ago. Her legacy includes local accolades as well as national attention with guest appearances of HGTV’s “New Spaces” and Fox TV’s “Ugly Kitchen” contest. In addition, she had projects featured several times in Home Improvement Magazine for their “Make Over of the Month” feature, as well as being featured on the cover of Home Improvement Magazine for their “Green Remodeling Planner” issue. Helen also garnered national industry acclaim for her work with Chicago’s Green Homes Project, where she had contributed designs for long-lasting, energy-efficient homes. Her memory will live on in the lives of family, friends and clients she touched so dearly.
The family tradition continues
Over the last 25 years, Travis and his wife Char worked hand in hand with Helen growing the business to where it is today, a thriving family owned business serving Chicago and suburbs. Now continuing in Helen’s excellence, Travis and Char are the well mentored next generation of designers and builders delivering excellence in every aspect of kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
On a personal note, Travis is a collector and connoisseur of all things Star Wars while Char loves reading, museums, hiking and actively supporting women’s causes. They both love spending time with each other at Comic Con and walking their dog, Princess Leia.
