In this family home remodel; space was opened up, island seating added, and the addition of utility and wall cabinetry. Fieldstone Cabinetry finished in "Blueberry" and "Marshmallow", counters are man-made quartz. Undercabinet light was added in addition to more puck lighting to brighten the once dark and gloomy kitchen.

Condo in Lakeview

This project was for a condo in Lakeview. We took down one partial wall and reduced two walls to open up the space to the dining area. This couple preferred to take a very modern approach to their space. We used Acrylic doors from UltraCraft. These were designed for minimal hardware and trim out. The bottoms were recessed and all the door hinges were touch latch concealed top of the line hardware.  The ICE II was chosen as a crisp white shade, adding a stunning Cambria countertop in SEA GROVE. The floor tile came from Mosaicos, and   had a glimmer to it, as did the Cambria countertops. The rain glass tile with the grey grout matched the pendants from Fox Lighting. Jerry Prusak did the installation on this project.  All the appliances came from Grand.   Mood lighting was created so that after dinner, one can relax in a premier hotel atmosphere. All lights dim, and those lights under the toe space makes the tile sparkle.

In this family home, we completed multiple rooms over about a 3-4 year time span. With the family having small children and preparing for an in-law to permanently join the household, completing the major projects first and then addressing smaller more aesthetic projects was more affordable and less chaotic. In addition to revamping the kitchen and baths, the flooring was replaced throughout the entire home, shelving was added to closets, and the fireplace was retiled.

This custom kitchen has Fieldstone cabinetry in Marshmallow Cream and Mocha with an Ebony Glaze. The owners are extensive travelers and wanted the space to reflect their eclectic taste that they've developed through their journeys.

The owner was raised in this home since she was a child and after the loss of her last parent she decided to move back into the home. She did a complete remodel including the bedroom, basement, bathrooms, and of course the kitchen. She added her new style to a old and familiar home making it a space she could enjoy for many more years to come.

We wanted to open up the space in this townhome remodel and give the client better access to their refrigerator. They were not able to take out shelves or bins due to the fact that their refrigerator door didn't fully open because it was too close to the wall. We created a more functional design that allowed us to remove the peninsula seating and replace it with an island which allowed for easier access to the patio and traffic flow for the kitchen.

This client began her remodel journey in January of 2020. Fortunately, we were able to choose her tile, counter, and lighting before lockdown. (Demo for her home was actually started 3 weeks prior) She captured her journey for us to share with you and we really appreciate her for giving us the opportunity to show how well her project turned out. Marsh Cabinetry finished in Alpine White and Graphite.

In this typical Chicago bungalow we removed and replaced the cabinetry keeping mostly the same footprint with improved functionality. Improved lighting was added, new flooring, and soffit removal.
